The one-time £99 fee covers the setup and provisioning of your dedicated nursery environment, including secure database creation, EYFS taxonomy loading, and initial configuration. It's a commitment fee that ensures only serious nurseries join the platform.
Absolutely. Every nursery gets its own isolated database schema — your data is never mixed with another nursery's. We use 256-bit encryption, UK-based hosting, and are fully GDPR compliant. All AI processing happens on our own infrastructure, never through third-party APIs.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle, and we'll pro-rate any differences.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything. After that, it's securely deleted. The registration fee is non-refundable.
