These terms govern the purchase and use of Eidolon software. By purchasing and downloading Eidolon, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eidolon is proprietary software sold in two tiers. Both tiers include the same software with all features.
All data you generate using Eidolon belongs to you. Eidolon AI has no access to, claim over, or interest in your personal data. The software is designed to operate locally with no data transmission to Eidolon AI.
You may not redistribute, sublicence, sell, or use the software to provide a hosted service to third parties. You may modify the software for personal use but may not distribute modified versions.
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked, in accordance with UK consumer protection law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Contact support@eidolonai.co.uk for refund requests.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty. Eidolon AI does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that LLM-generated content will be accurate. The software relies on third-party models whose output Eidolon AI does not control.
Eidolon AI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. Eidolon AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Minor updates (v1.x) are free. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may require a separate purchase, with existing customers receiving a discount.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
